The 23-year-old from Lexington, Kentucky, was featured in a solo layout in last month's issue, where she posed for her then-boyfriend, Arnie, by her mom's minivan. Things change quickly when you're 23. Naomi and Arnie broke up before the magazine even hit the newsstands, and Naomi started fooling around with Ed, Arnie's best friend. Seeing they all hang out together, the couple kept their relationship quiet, "Really just meeting to fuck," said Naomi.
